At Aorynt, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable (if applicable).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at aorynt.operations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense (unless the item is defective or damaged).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Important Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used rugs may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
